Hundreds of thousands of immigrants could face deportation if the Supreme Court ends the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
The former president spoke with DACA recipients on the stage of the musical "¡Americano!," based on the life of Dreamer and political organizer Tony Valdovinos.
The ruling is a setback for immigration reform advocates working on behalf of the country's nearly 11 million undocumented immigrants.

“I have repeatedly called on Congress to pass the American Dream and Promise Act, and I now renew that call with the greatest urgency,” Biden said.
The immigration program for "Dreamers" must be suspended, a federal judge in Texas ruled.
The first lady told Dreamers, young immigrants who arrived in the U.S. as children, at a commencement: “We know you have so much to contribute to this nation.”
President Biden met with "Dreamers" at the White House to speak about the need for permanent protections for undocumented immigrants.
