18 Real Things Republicans Have Said About Abortion And Planned Parenthood

"Fact-free zone," indeed.

Republican lawmakers have some... interesting views on abortion.

In many states, women are already required to jump through incredible financially draining, emotionally taxing, time-consuming and medically-unnecessary hoops to access abortion, a 100 percent legal medical procedure. And, worryingly, the lawmakers creating these obstacles are often misinformed about how women's bodies work, what Planned Parenthood does, how federal funding is allocated, and what those infamous "sting" videos actually reveal.
