Chances are you spend way more time than you would like to admit in your laundry room. And between all the socks, shirts, towels and everything else in between, it can become a pretty messy space. But Redditor Zanowin has found a really easy way to organize your laundry room and make this chore a little less, well, horrible.
If your washer and dryer sit side by side, all you have to do is place two shower curtain rods in the space above the appliances. Then, add plastic storage boxes with handles to sit on the bars, and you can use them to store things or sort clothes like Zanowin does. If your appliances are stacked, try to find another space the rods can fit. It won't be as convenient, but it'll still do the trick.

Of course, as other Redditors pointed out, it would be ideal to screw the rods in place so they don't collapse from the weight of the buckets. But if you can't because you live in an apartment, this is great. And either way, it looks like it works wonders for small spaces and keeps everything within arms reach.
