Hours before Lindsay Lohan was arrested for allegedly hitting a woman in the face at the Manhattan nightclub Avenue, the troubled actress made sure she was seen at a Justin Bieber concert.
“Lindsay marched to her seat in the front row at Madison Square Garden in front of all of Justin’s fans,” one witness told The Huffington Post. “It was like she wanted to steal his spotlight. Most celebrities wait until the lights go down and slip in quietly. Lindsay came out when the lights were still on so everyone would recognize her. When it became awkward that she was just sitting there waiting for the show to start, she went backstage until the lights finally went down.”
Although Lohan's behavior earlier in the evening made her the center of attention until Justin arrived, it was her actions later on that will keep her in the spotlight for a much longer period of time. At around 4 a.m., Lindsay allegedly hit a woman inside a club in West Chelsea.
“Her behavior seemed so erratic. One minute she wanted everyone to notice her with her grand entrance and once they did, she demanded her space and to be left alone,” one concertgoer said. “She seems totally lost, it’s very sad.”
