Ex-Employer Of Woman Who Made Viral 'I Quit' Video Posts 'We're Hiring' Rebuttal

Employer Spurned In Viral 'I Quit" Video: 'We're Hiring'

Less than five days after writer Marina Shifrin posted a video announcing her resignation from Taiwanese video animation company Next Media Animation, her spurned employer is looking to have the last laugh.

The company posted a takeoff of Shifrin's "I Quit" message -- which now has almost 7 million views on YouTube-- to make an announcement of its own: "We're hiring."

The video makes a few tongue-in-cheek references to Shifrin's original, and goes on to entice prospective job candidates with perks including a roof-top pool and dancing. But our favorite perk has to be the apparent opportunities to satisfy your boss's need for revenge.

While the video wishes Shifrin "well," she says Next Media Animation wasn't really so kind.

"I knew my boss would see it and working in the industry we do, I hoped he would find it funny, but he did not," she told HuffPost Live.
