Here Are The Biggest Snubs Of The 2014 Grammys

Ouch! These Are The Biggest Snubs Of The 2014 Grammys

Twitter is NOT happy about Kendrick Lamar's Best Rap Album snub.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis swept the rap category, winning the awards for Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, and Best Rap Album. Many people were upset that Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' "The Heist" beat out Lamar's "Good Kid, M.A.A.D City" and Kanye West's "Yeezus" for the title of Best Rap Album. Check out how the Internet is reacting to the perceived snub.

macklemore beating drake, kendrick, kanye, and jay z for best rap album makes me uncomfortable

Best rap album Macklemore? That. Ain't. It. Kendrick deserved that. #GRAMMYS

Macklemore over Kendrick Lamar for best rap album? That's it. I'm done. Not even going to watch the Grammys telecast.

The fact that Macklemore won best rap album is a disgrace to hip hop #kingkendrick #GKMC

IT'S A DAMN SHAME THAT KENDRICK LOST TO MACKLEMORE FOR BEST RAP ALBUM... IM SO CONFUSED

Even though Mackelmore swept the rap category, fans were surprised that his hit "Same Love" lost the award for Song of the Year to Lorde's "Royals."

Sorry but "Same Love" just represents so much and has such a strong meaning. Macklemore deserved song of the year in my opinion..

Metal fans were upset that Slayer co-founder Jeff Hanneman was left out of the Grammys' "In Memoriam" tribute. He died in May of 2013.

Taylor Swift was nominated for four awards, but didn't walk away with any wins. Her fans were surprised that she lost out to Kacey Musgraves for Best Country Song ("Merry 'Go Round") and Best Country Album ("Same Trailer Different Park").

I expected Taylor Swift to have the Best Country Song or Best Country Album. Why?

HOW DID TAYLOR SWIFT NOT WIN BEST COUNTRY SONG?? SHE IS THE QUEEEN OF COUNTRY!!!!!!

This list has to be rounded out with Kendrick Lamar, who was perhaps the most snubbed nominee of the night. Even with seven nods, Lamar didn't leave with any wins. Fans were particularly upset that he didn't win the Best New Artist category.
