The elation Egyptians feel over President Hosni Mubarak's resignation isn't just limited to Tahrir Square. Egyptian-Americans at the University of Minnesota have been outspoken every step of the way, helping give context to those of us stateside who can't begin to fathom what's been happening in Cairo.

I first spoke with undergraduate Abrar Rageh and research fellow Sameh Hozayen two weeks ago when on assignment for the Star Tribune. Both were candid about the information they were hearing from family members smack-dab in the middle of it all.
