Via RealEstalker: Actor Jason Lee (of My Name Is Earl fame) has just listed his Los Feliz home at a $100,000 loss for $3.25 million dollars. He bought the home in 2007 from R&B singer and guitarist Robert Cray. The home was built in 1948 and is, by our estimation, a pretty "normal" looking home for a television and movie actor. RealEstalker says:

There is, of course, nothing "modest" about a modestly sized home that is priced well over three million clams, but the single story main house, built in 1948 and sited with views of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Park Observatory, has an architectural simplicity and honesty that gives Your Mama the good kind of goose bumps.

The home is 2,205 square feet on a 1.4 acre lot and has a pool, spa, guest house, office, and wine cellar. The architecture is described in the MLS listing as "40s Hip," with beautiful dark hardwood floors, open beam ceilings, and a living room that opens up to the garden and pool.

The house is listed with Richard Klug of Sotheby's International Realty.
