Alderman Restricts Massages To Fight 'Sex Parlors'

Hairdressers, nail salons and health clubs would have a tougher time offering massage services in Chicago, under a zoning change advanced last week to crack down on illegal "sex parlors."

At the behest of Ald. Ray Suarez (31st), the City Council's Zoning Committee approved an ordinance that would preclude massage services from being offered on neighborhood business strips.
