Amy Poehler's Brother Goes To Stockholm In First 'Welcome To Sweden' Trailer

Head To Sweden With Amy Poehler And Her Brother

You can never have too much Amy Poehler, so why not throw her brother into the mix?

The "Parks and Recreation" star's brother, Greg Poehler, fronts the new comedy "Welcome to Sweden," which is executive produced by the siblings. In the semi-autobigraphical series, Poehler plays Bruce, a New York accountant who moves to Stockholm with his Swedish girlfriend and attempts to adjusts to the new culture. In real life, Poehler fell in love with his now-wife when he moved to Sweden.

Amy Poehler also co-created and co-wrote the series, which has already aired in Sweden. The first U.S. trailer gives a look at Bruce's bizarre experiences in the new country and some brief cameos from his sister, as well as Aubrey Plaza, Will Ferrell and Gene Simmons.

The first season premieres in the U.S. this summer on NBC, and the series has already been picked up for a second season on Sweden's TV4 network.

"Welcome to Sweden" premieres July 10 at 9 p.m. EDT on NBC.
