Jennifer Lopez: 'I Don't Know' If I'll Marry A Fourth Time

J.Lo Admits Something We Kind Of Already Knew

With three marriages (and one engagement -- who could forget Bennifer?) under her belt, Jennifer Lopez is no stranger to high-profile romances and trips down the aisle. One thing she's considerably less familiar with? Being single and on her own -- and that's something Lopez is not afraid to admit.

During a panel for "American Idol's" thirteenth season, the returning judge opened up about her preference for being coupled up -- and whether or not she sees another marriage in her future (she and dancer-choreographer Casper Smart have been dating for two years now).

"I'm one of those people who does not like to be alone," the 44-year-old singer confessed. "I have no shame saying that at this point in my life, I think we have to own who we are."

But don't think that means J.Lo is ready to rush into marriage just yet. She told reporters that though Smart, 26, is "fantastic" with Max and Emme -- her twins with ex Marc Anthony -- she's hesitant to give marriage another shot at this point in her life.

"I don't know," she said "Maybe, we'll see, I don't know. I always believe in that institution, my parents were married for a very long time, they were married for 35 years. I believe in it, it's difficult. I've had my challenges but at the same time I believe in love and I think that that's the main thing."

Lopez, who started dating Smart shortly after her 2011 split from Anthony, has discussed the prospect of a fourth walk down the aisle before. Back in May 2013, J.Lo told "Entertainment Tonight" that she'd "probably" marry again.

"I like [marriage]," the "On The Floor" singer said. "I like the idea of it; I always have. As a girl you never really give up on that fairytale completely."

Hey, maybe fourth time's the charm?
