Miley Cyrus Slams Fake Beyonce Quotes Attributed To LOVE Magazine Interview

Miley Cyrus Disses Beyonce?! Not So Fast

Miley Cyrus took to Twitter to slam fake reports claiming she made insulting remarks about Beyonce in a recent interview with LOVE Magazine.

HollywoodLife.com erroneously claimed that Cyrus dissed Beyonce in the March 2014 issue of LOVE, saying she is filling a void the "Love On Top" singer left open after she became a mom.

"As Beyonce grows in motherhood and all the c**p it does to your body, it will create a vacuum for fresh young faces to rise up and no one else can properly fill that void right now," she was quoted as saying. "I'm the only white female singer that could fill that slot right now and do it right, you know... Beyonce has been a big inspiration to me but she’s been out for such a long time."

"I got the total package, you know, the curves, the rhythm, and the voice," the bogus quotation read. "I'm just the best."

Alas, none of it is true. On Thursday, setting the record straight, Cyrus made it clear nothing can come between her and Queen Bey.

Neither a rep for Cyrus nor a media contact for LOVE Magazine could be reached for further comment.

HollywoodLife.com wasn't the only site to report the made-up quotes. The Daily Mail also published the alleged Cyrus interview. Both stories have since been deleted, but Perez Hilton's post is still up.

A simple Google search would've revealed the fictitious remarks about Beyonce were first linked to Cyrus back in October. At the time, blogs claimed she made the comments in a supposed interview with BBC Radio.

Oh, Internet.
