Lamar Odom Sober, But Not Rehab-Ready (REPORT)

Lamar Odom is determined not to enter rehab, a new report by TMZ claims. The gossip website cites sources close to the former LA Clippers basketball star -- and husband of reality TV star Khloe Kardashian -- who say Odom has been sober for five days and that he plans on using "self-healing" to beat out his addiction.

"Lamar says he's done it successfully before and is convinced he can do it again," the website writes, adding that the 33-year-old is still open to getting professional help.

Odom has previously struggled with addiction. In 2001, he admitted to smoking marijuana after he was suspended from the NBA for violating their drug policy twice. And in 2012, TMZ reports, Odom spent three weeks in rehab in order to treat a crack cocaine problem. Rumors of a drug relapse began to surface after Odom was arrested and charged with drunk driving Aug. 30 after he reportedly went "missing" for three days.

The athlete's marriage to Kardashian has also come under speculation, especially after it was reported that Kardashian had dropped "Odom" from both her Twitter and Instagram accounts. The couple has not stepped out together since June 2.
