Probably everyone has a part of themselves that believes they have an "inner magician" who can manifest their best life -- an extraordinary life. The challenge is finding a way to awaken it and then invoke it. It all begins with your thoughts. So if your intention is to make this invocation process happen you have to be vigilant in listening to your thoughts, breathing in the positive ones, and letting go of the negatives ones as fast as possible.

To begin the invocation process, learn to quiet your mind. The best way to begin is to re-prioritize your life a bit and make "mind quieting" number one on your list. This can often feel difficult because your mind will tell you that it is the most important thing and you must keep doing, doing, doing until everything gets done! Early mornings seem to work best so if you set aside fifteen minutes after awakening you'll get it done.

Find a quiet space (without phone, computer, television, etc.) and sit in a comfortable position with your neck supported. Close your eyes and just breathe. Empty yourself of your fears, your worries, your drama by picturing yourself sitting across from yourself and then asking "What are you afraid of?" Or, "What do you need to quiet down?" Or, "How can I heal you?" Then listen to what your alter self tells you. Learn to nurture this relationship, that way your inner self will learn to count on you to clear out chaotic thoughts first thing in your day. In the next weeks I will give you clearing techniques to dissolve a variety of emotions that block the positive flow of bliss that will soon honor every area of your life.

So, for this second week, breathe, release and let go the best you can. Notice what kinds of thoughts surface and what words or limiting beliefs try to block your quest for inner quiet. Be vigilant but loving, patient but awake! Be a nurturing parent to your inner self.

Here are seven new invocations to help you quiet your mind. Say a new one every day and say it out loud often. Practice, and before long you are on your way to clearing the way to powerful invocations that will transform your life!

1.I relax in the knowing that I am an expression of universal love.
2.I deserve to relax. I trust my ability to let go.
3.When I breathe deep I feel my whole being relax and let go.
4. As I breathe deeply I effortlessly drift into a state of inner peace.
5.I welcome inner calm.
6.My inner self is rich, deep and peaceful.
7.I am a prayer for inner peace and silence.

Be your own prayer and tell yourself it is time to make this next step to welcome the shift of life you have been searching for. We will head in that direction next week and beyond. For now, 10,000 blessings to you from all directions!
