PHOTOS: Own A Piece Of Rock 'n' Roll History

Some homes are lucky enough to have a cool factor that makes it more intriguing to buyers. Like this Encino, California home that was once owned by the lead singer of British rock band Supertramp.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the current owners bought the property from Rick Davies in 2001. After the purchase, the owners did some renovating that included the addition of a mud room, laundry room, vaulted ceilings and square footage. The home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a guesthouse that Supertramp used to record in, but now looks like an amazing country getaway.

If you'd like to own a piece of rock history, this property is currently on the market for $5,495,000.
