Dan Gilbert's Rock Ventures added two adjacent buildings on Woodward Avenue to its vast downtown Detroit collection.

The buildings are 620 and 630 Woodward Avenue, two four-story buildings between Campus Martius Park and Jefferson Avenue, according to company officials.
