Linda Evangelista is reportedly single again after splitting from billionaire Peter Morton.
Sources allegedly confirmed to the New York Post's Page Six that Evangelista and Morton have broken up. Talk of the breakup first flared when the supermodel, who has been seen out and about in New York without the Hard Rock mogul, attended the CFDA Awards solo on Monday.
The two began dating in 2006, broke up briefly in 2010 and reunited months later. Page Six notes this time might not be the end, either. They have always been low-key about their romance and Morton favors spending time in Malibu over Manhattan.
Back in 2010, Evangelista's "high-maintenance" attitude and the couple's 20-year age gap were allegedly points of contention for his family. The couple also reportedly couldn't decide on where to settle down.
The two started dating while the Canadian beauty was pregnant with François-Henri Pinault's child, who was conceived during a four-month affair before he got engaged to Salma Hayek. Last year, Evangelista and Pinault reached a settlement in their contentious child support case, the New York Daily News reported. The terms are sealed, but Pinault's team says the payout was "nowhere near" the $46,000 she wanted.
Evangelista is not the only supermodel to break up with her billionaire beau recently.
Naomi Campbell's relationship with Russian billionaire Vladimir Doronin, which was on the rocks in early May, has also ended. The real estate honcho was spotted getting cozy with model Luo Zilin, who Campbell mentored on her reality show, "The Face," in Ibiza last week.
