Jason Heyward Acknowledges Matt Kemp Catch With Helmet-Tip (VIDEO)

Batter Acknowledges Matt Kemp's Home Run Robbery

Matt Kemp was tested in the very first inning on Saturday night when Jason Heyward launched an 87-mph sinker to deep center field. The two-time Gold Glove winner ran back, scaled the wall and reached behind his head to rob Heyward of a solo home run.

In a display or sportsmanship, Heyward showed his respect to Kemp with a helmet-tip as he rounded second base.

"That's Heyward. That's my dog," Kemp said after the game, via Ken Gurnick of MLB.com. "He's a great player. He'd try to do the same to me if the shoe was on the other foot."
