Patrice Sanders, Florida Bus Driver, Allegedly Forced Students To Fight In Her Backyard (VIDEO)

WATCH: Bus Driver Organizes Backyard Brawl For Teenage Girls

A Florida bus driver was busted for allegedly forcing two teenaged female students to fight in her backyard while dozens of other students watched, according to news reports and a police statement.

Patrice Sanders, 29, was hit with charges of false imprisonment, two counts of child abuse and two counts of child neglect, according to a statement from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

At least one student videotaped the brawl on Thursday, which police say was fought between a 13-year old and a 16-year-old, as classmates cheer them on.

The fight started as an argument on the school bus, but escalated and Sanders declared the students "just need to fight," the police statement says. Sanders drove 20 miles to her home in Lakeland skipping the stops she was supposed to make, and taking all 34 students aboard on the detour, according to ABC News.

At one point during the scuffle, one student throws the other into a barbecue grill. Crowds of students can be seen yelling and pointing their cell phones at the fighting girls.

The 13-year-old girl told Sanders she didn't want to fight, according to the police statement.

Yet Sanders insisted the fight continue, even going into her house to find Vaseline or baby oil for the girls to put on their faces so they wouldn't get scratched, ABC reported.

After the girls stopped fighting, Sanders ordered all the students back on the bus, where the teens fought again, the police statement says.

Sanders told students, "What happens on the bus stays on the bus," the statement notes.

The incident was brought to the attention of police when the 13-year-old victim's mother called the sheriff's office. The girl was brought to the hospital, the police statement says, but sustained no serious injuries.
