Of all the quirky baby-name trends to have come into vogue recently -- edible objects, places -- colors might be the next big thing (hello, Blue Ivy!).

But rather than choose just one hue for her daughter, Holly Madison went for the whole rainbow. The "Girls Next Door" star just announced that she's calling her little girl Rainbow Aurora Rotella.

“I wanted to give my daughter a unique name,” Madison, 33, tells E! News. “Growing up, there was a girl in my school named Rainbow and I was so envious of that name. I thought it was so pretty and unique!”

The former Playboy Playmate gave birth to her first child with beau Pasquale Rotella on March 5 in Las Vegas.

"I've never been more in love than I am today as, after months of waiting, I finally was able to hold my daughter for the first time," Rotella, 38, told In Touch. “Holly and I are looking forward to spending some quiet time with our baby and enjoying our new family. I'm truly the luckiest man in the world."

Madison also recently revealed plans to consume her placenta, in pill form. She wrote on her blog, "I heard it helps women recover faster and I want to recover as quickly as I can!"
