Bill O'Reilly, Howard Kurtz Argue About O'Reilly's NBC Drone Error (VIDEO)

WATCH: O'Reilly STILL Defending Drone Errors

Bill O'Reilly sparred with CNN's Howard Kurtz on Wednesday about his infamous comments on NBC's coverage of drones.

Kurtz was one of many who pointed out that O'Reilly had been entirely wrong in saying that NBC -- which broke a key story about drones last week -- had done "nothing" on the subject. O'Reilly insisted he was referring to "analysis" on NBC, even though he never mentioned the words "analysis" when he talked about the network.

"I've already won this round on points," Kurtz told O'Reilly on Wednesday, "because on your show the other day with Bernie Goldberg, you said, 'Yes, I guess I should have mentioned it.'"

"I said to Goldberg I should have mentioned it only because it would have avoided all this nonsense," O'Reilly said. Which is true -- if he had correctly noted that NBC broke the story, and then hammered the network for its relative lack of analysis, then nobody would have raised the issue.
