If you're determined to lose weight this year, health and nutrition expert Joy Bauer gave some fantastic advice on staying motivated when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. Joy explained that you don't want exercise to be torturous, because then you're going to dread doing it. She said that you should concentrate on doing an intense workout three days per week, and do something enjoyable, like a walk or a yoga class, on the other two days.
