Alton Brown Demonstrates Dangerous Candy Recipes On 'Late Late Show'

You know it's going to be an interesting cooking demonstration when Alton Brown tells Craig Ferguson that they are going to make very dangerous candy. He warns Ferguson, "we're probably going to be injured or killed, are you game?" Ferguson assents and Brown proceeds to explain how to make fairy floss, which turns out to be an old-fashioned name for cotton candy.

Brown makes it seem "easy," all you need is corrugated plastic roofing and chopped up whisks that you can put in a drill. "It's a drill with some kind of sex toy," says Ferguson.

Things get really crazy though when Brown busts out the liquid nitrogen.

It's a goofy segment that almost makes us want to go out and buy some corrugated plastic roofing.
