Clint Eastwood's Crack Cocaine PSA: Watch The Actor's Stern Warning & 30 Other Celebrity Spots (VIDEOS)

WATCH: Clint Eastwood Really Doesn't Want You To Do Crack

Clint Eastwood has been dipping in and out of the news lately, most recently for giving Mitt Romney a firm endorsement. The plug came at an Aug. 3 fundraiser, where Eastwood joked that Romney was always "too handsome to be governor, but he does look like he could be president."

Romney was obviously quite pleased. "What a guy," the former Massachusetts governor said.

But before he was schilling for a Republican presidential hopeful, the Oscar-winning actor was doing favors for the Reagan administration. In the following PSA, Eastwood is seen warning us against crack cocaine use. The motto for the campaign was "The Thrill Can Kill," and Bette Midler and Pee Wee Herman also recorded videos.

Eastwood figured prominently in last year's Super Bowl, appearing in an ad in which he extolls the virtues of Chrysler and proclaims that it is "halftime in America." That commercial raised some eyebrows and had some wondering if Eastwood was leaning a bit in the Obama direction. He was not, and clarified the matter in an interview with Fox News' Bill O'Reilly.

Take a look at his TV spots in the gallery below. We've also included a whole host of other celebrity commercials and PSAs, from the humorous and light hearted to the extremely sincere and serious.
