Nose Job Doc Michael Salzhauer, Maker of 'Jewcan Sam,' Now Has An Old Spice Parody (VIDEO)

'Dr. Schnoz' Is Back (VIDEO)

Michael Salzhauer, the Miami cosmetic surgeon who caused a stir with his so-called "Jewcan Sam" video to promote nose jobs, is back with another viral video -- a take on the popular "Old Spice guy."

This time, the owner of Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery Associates pushes re-chiseled everything. The YouTube ad goofs on a popular Old Spice campaign featuring a buff and beautiful dude on the beach. In Salzhauer's version, the beefcake tells female viewers their man can smell like him, but looking like him might take some work.

Although guilty of silly parody and riffing on the aftershave's signature whistle, Salzhauer might avoid controversy this time. His previous spot featured a Jewish man getting his nose fixed to attract a gorgeous blonde. Although Salzhauer is Jewish, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons launched an ethics investigation. Salzhauer, aka Dr. Schnoz, has also offered free nose jobs to Orthodox women looking to marry. The man isn't shy about publicity, so might we suggest he devote a spot to chin augmentations? Mentoplasty was up 71 percent last year, according to a study.
