ACM Awards 2012: Health Lessons From Our Favorite Country Stars

Last night marked the annual, toe-tapping Academy of Country (ACM) Awards -- in between the rousing performances, top awards went to Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, Black Shelton and Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson, for their duet "Don't You Wanna Stay."

While Toby Keith's performance of the admittedly catchy "Red Solo Cup" illustrates the more unhealthy habits we associate with listening to live music -- washing away our blues with a cup (or four) of beer -- the truth is that our favorite country stars also have important health lessons to share. And so to honor the positive role models at this year's awards, we gathered up some of their best advice on healthy living.
