Tumblr Rides Again -- "Bad Parent" Blog Lands Book Deal

Book publishers have noticed a trend in popular websites, and have made the jump to integrate and encapsulate web-driven humor in what seems like an effort to revive traditional paperback books.

Internet blog MyBadParent.com has signed a deal with Penguin Group to turn the popular blog into a book coming out this November. My Bad Parent in book form, will exclusively feature hilarious photos of terribly awkward and generally bad parents, photos which are not currently seen on the site. Troy Osinoff (the individual responsible for My Bad Parent) believes the book will make for a great gift for expecting mothers, but will still appeal to any reader a la $#*! My Dad Says.
