Meals program coordinator, Gay Men's Health Crisis

Wilson Rodriguez is currently the Chef and Meals Program Coordinator at Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC), the oldest AIDS service organization in the country. He oversees a team of staff, volunteers and culinary interns who prepare 300 to 400 hot and nutritious meals, Monday through Friday, for women and men living with HIV and AIDS. Prior to GMHC, he was the chef at Momentum AIDS Project’s Meals Program. Wilson’s grandmother was his biggest influence in becoming a chef over 20 years ago. He is also a professional musician and was a drummer in a Latin/Rock band for 10 years. Wilson is married to Giselle and they have two children Max and Isabella.
