She works with the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) a public interest research organization based in Delhi and also edits a fortnightly newsmagazine, Down To Earth. Nominated as one of the world's 100 public intellectuals by Foreign Policy, she believes in pushing the envelope of ideas to seek change in society.
