Sheldon Filger is the author of PRESISIDENT DONALD TRUMP: AMERICA'S POLITICAL EARTHQUAKE. He is a Canadian-American writer.and a blogger with The Huffington Post, and has frequently contributed articles on politics, international affairs and economics. In several of his blog pieces published in The Huffington Post several months prior to November 8, 2016, Mr. Filger concluded that Trump had a realistic chance of winning the Republican Party's presidential nomination and going on to defeat Hillary Clinton in the presidential election. Mr. Filger's other books include WALL STREET KILLS, a novel about Wall Street greed and the phenomenon of snuff movies; KING OF BOMBS, a novel about nuclear terrorism; and ISLAMIC STATE AT WAR, a collection of essays on the Syrian Civil War and the rise of the Islamic State, also known as ISIS and ISIL.
