Peter Hotez, M.D., Ph.D., is president of the Sabin Vaccine Institute and the founding dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, where he is also Professor of Pediatrics and Texas Children’s Hospital Endowed Chair of Tropical Pediatrics. Prof. Hotez is also the Fellow in Disease and Poverty at the James A. Baker Institute for Public Policy at Rice University.
