Mary Nguyen is a research assistant with Education Sector. She is a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University, where she is studying public policy with an education concentration. Although Nguyen holds degrees in biology and linguistics from the University of Virginia, she became interested in higher education issues after working with the admissions and financial aid offices. Nguyen is interested in policies that increase access and graduation rates for low-income students in higher education.
