Marcie Pitt-Catsouphes, PhD is Director of The Sloan Center on Aging & Work at Boston College. She is an Associate Professor at the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work and also holds appointments at the Boston College Carroll School of Management as well as the Middlesex University Business School in London.
