Kathryn Budig

International yoga teacher, creator of Gaiam's "Aim True Yoga" DVD, Women's Health Magazine Yoga Expert, author of upcoming book, "The Big Book of Yoga"

Kathryn is a lover and teacher of yoga by day, a wizard in the kitchen by dinnertime and a professional dog snuggler by night. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a double degree in English and Drama and then moved to Los Angeles where she trained to be a yoga teacher under the expert eye of Maty Ezraty and Chuck Miller.

She teaches regular Vinyasa Flow at the prestigious Yogaworks in Santa Monica. Featured in Yoga Journal, The New York Times, SELF, C Magazine and E! Entertainment, Kathryn uses her love and deep knowledge of yoga, cooking, health and laughter to inspire and aid a large audience in finding their way back to their true core. She is the co-founder with Jesse Schein of 'Poses for Paws,' yoga events dedicated towards raising money for animal shelters.

Kathryn is a columnist for The Elephant Journal and contributes regularly to Yoga Journal through articles, print and creating their podcasts.

She currently leads workshops nationally-internationally and teacher trainings for YogaPoser in Santa Monica, CA.
