Jerry Stahl has written a number of books, including the memoir, Permanent Midnight, which was made into a movie starring Ben Stiller, and most recently the novel I, Fatty and short story collection Love Without. His journalism has appeared in Esquire, Details, Playboy and LA Weekly, among other places. He has also worked extensively in film and television.
