At the Boston College Center for Work & Family (@BCCWF), I manage all communications and programming efforts for the BC Workforce Roundtable, our network of leading employers. I am a senior member of our partner relations and publications teams and lead BCCWF outreach and social media efforts. I enjoy working with progressive organizations to provide research and consultation on flexibility, work-life balance, employee well-being, and other workforce management issues. A passionate advocate for work-life integration and improving the employee experience, I have been fortunate to be asked to present at conferences including Working Mother, the Alliance for Work Life Progress, WorldatWork Total Rewards, NEHRA, and the Massachusetts Conference for Women as well as many corporate events.
