Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. I enjoy pole fitness, running, swimming as well as other forms of fitness, but yoga is my first love and passion. As a practitioner of yoga, I find it to be spiritually grounding. I practice and teach from a spiritual space and the physical benefits are an added bonus. Yoga allows me to have peace of mind, clarity and empowerment to know that I can achieve anything I set my heart to do. In the last two years, I have done more things than I could have ever imagined that I could possibly do while being laid off from my full-time job. Yet, the impossible keeps becoming possible. As a teacher, I hope to share that same since of belief and inspiration with all who I encounter; the impossible is possible. Yoga practice of any form brings you to a state of enlightenment and truth. To see true beauty in it's natural form is to only open one’s eyes. One person at a time, I desire to change an individual mind-set and elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness by giving joyously without expectation so that people can live a better quality of life.
