Greg Colson

Greg Colson has exhibited throughout the United States and Europe, including solo exhibitions at Sperone Westwater (New York), Patrick Painter Inc. (Los Angeles), Kunsthalle Lophem (Bruges, Belgium), Gian Enzo Sperone (Rome), Galleria Cardi (Milan), Baldwin Gallery (Aspen), Konrad Fischer (Dusseldorf), and Sprovieri (London). His works are in many public collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York), the Whitney Museum of American Art (New York), the Museum of Contemporary Art (Los Angeles), the Panza Collection (Varese, Italy), the Moderna Museet (Stockholm), and Sammlung Rosenkranz (Berlin). Colson was born in Seattle, Washington, and grew up in Bakersfield, California. He earned a BFA at Cal State Bakersfield, and an MFA at Claremont Graduate School. He lives and works in Venice, California.
