Erica Williams Simon is a World Economic Forum Young Global Shaper, social impact strategist, trainer and speaker. She currently advises mission driven businesses and orgs on messaging, outreach and campaign strategies that engage Gen Y in innovative cause work.

Listed by Politico.com as one of 50 Top Politicos, Erica is an appointed member of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on Social Media and was most recently a Senior Strategist and Communications Manager at Citizen Engagement Lab, an incubator for tech-centric social change organizations like ColorofChange.org and WeAreUltraViolet.org.
