Dr. Arthur F. Kirk, Jr., is president emeritus of Saint Leo University where he was president from 1997 to 2015. He has more than 30 years’ experience as a chief executive officer leading private colleges through transformational change and growth. Dr. Kirk received his bachelor’s degree in history and his master’s degree in administration and supervision from Kean University in New Jersey. He earned his doctorate from Rutgers University, writing his doctoral dissertation on small college survival strategies.
