Diane McIlree

Diane McIlree is a business leader with significant experience and excellent record of accomplishment providing coaching and consulting services to early-stage through multi-billion dollar enterprises. Managing Partner of Advisory on Call, Diane formed her company with the express purpose of working with executives to share insights and know-how drawn from her robust career spanning 35 years. Diane’s experience in leading people, developing winning strategies and growing both privately held and public sector companies has earned her a reputation for being a sought after trusted advisor.

As the former President and Equity Partner of The Dine Group, Diane developed industry-leading e-discovery solutions and forged critical strategic alliances in the legal staffing sector. While serving as Executive Vice President of Esquire Solutions, she built a legal staffing division from the ground up, in record time. As Senior Vice President and head of National Accounts for Olsten Staffing Services, Diane led both business development and service delivery for clients comprising a $350MM portfolio. Her contributions in the area of process engineering streamlined and standardized service delivery and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Prior to Diane’s entry into commercial staffing, she was Senior Vice President of NatWest Bank’s Cash Management Division where she led a multi-state team of more than 200 staff engaged in product development and operations for the bank’s middle market customers. Under her leadership, profitability increased, operating costs declined and product development cycle time was reduced.

Diane presently chairs a Vistage Chief Executive Peer Advisory Board and a Vistage Key Executive Peer Advisory Board, in addition to operating her private practice.

Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the State of New York. She is a contributing author to The Cave Creed - 12 Productivity Secrets for the Ages and Branching Out – Replicating High-Performance Field Operations.

Diane is a Long Island resident of West Islip. She and her husband have a son and two daughters.
