He is a serial company-builder, formerly a senior executive responsible for billion-dollar satellite communications, telecom terrestrial networks, and subsea optical fiber cable systems. Milroy previously served as President of Asia Global Crossing. He believes that green chemistry will help “green up” toxins in the chemical industry using woody biomass waste product from the forestry industry.
