Harley Boy Innovation founder and CEO Darryl Roberts, has more than 25 years of consulting and business development experience in designing and implementing growth strategies. In his vision and design of the HBI business model, Roberts leveraged his experience as an Entertainment Reporter for NBC News, as the award-winning producer/filmmaker of the documentary series "America the Beautiful," and as a successful distributor for multi-media products. After earning numerous awards at film festivals for "America the Beautiful," including the United Nations Right of the Child Award at the Chicago International Children's Film Festival, he launched HBI as a boutique, consulting firm targeting a major gap in business development services nationwide - humanization. Roberts teaches that Corporate Social Responsibility is not a department; it is not a marketing strategy; it is a company’s strategic management of its influence in society.
