Formed in 2001, Exalt Resources LLC provides complete administration of human resource services for business clients in a variety of industries. Exalt Resources is a 2011 Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Graduate Scholar and 2008 All Business / Maui Millionaire Big Business Contest Semi-Finalist. Ms. Smith received her B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles and is a frequent speaker for various organizations that provide HR resources and guidance to business owners.
