Attorney Christine Schanes, JD PhD is a speaker and public educator on issues of homelessness. For over twenty years, Christine has been motivating, educating and involving government leaders, civic groups, religious organizations and schools in direct service through workshops and in special programs. Christine founded and currently directs the Center for Justice and Social Compassion (CJSC) E-Z ID Clinic Program which is a "surgical cure" to homelessness by helping homeless people get their identification documents: certified birth certificates, California DMV photo ID cards and Social Security cards.
