Brittany Anderson is a New York City-based labor and community organizer. She served as President of the New York City/Long Island chapter of Pride At Work, the official AFL-CIO constituency group for LGBTQ workers, and on the AFL-CIO Young Worker Advisory Council. Anderson learned to fight for social and economic justice through Occupy Wall Street and the CUNY Murphy Institute Union Semester program and worked as a union representative and organizer for the Retail Wholesale Department Store Union (RWDSU) and Retail Action Project.
