Asher Goldstein is an award winning filmmaker and budding film critic He graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with honors in Film Production; where his thesis "Strangers" was given accolades for Best Screenplay and the Audience Award. The picture went on to play several other festivals both in the US and internationally, garnering additional awards. He got his start in Hollywood working under prolific Motion Picture Production agent Paul Hook at ICM. He has also served as the Director of Acquisitions for Apollo Cinema Short Film Distribution; one of the pioneering sales agencies for short-form content, deeply entrenching himself in the world of New Media. He has played the role of both juror and panelist at a variety of film festivals and continues to do so. He currently lives in Los Angeles and is developing several film and television projects.
