Ariel Koren, a Truman Scholar, is the senior class president at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a polyglot and the founder of ACTION, a nonprofit organization that brings foreign language education to students who otherwise wouldn't have access. She has worked for the US Department of State and at Google, and in her free time, enjoys Zumba dance, translating pop-culture songs, and rapping in Chinese.
