Angel Hsu, PhD, is joint faculty at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and Yale-NUS College. She is Director of the Environmental Performance Index, released biennially by the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy. She holds a PhD in Forestry and Environmental Studies from Yale University.
