When you're married to a professional football legend whose retirement is spent heading multiple business ventures, you can end up feeling a little sidelined. At least, that's the case with Pat Smith.

Married for 16 years to former Cowboys running back Emmitt Smith, Pat says she feels as if she takes a backseat to everything her husband needs done in a given day.

"I'm more of like the support staff to him," Pat says.

That feeling comes out in this weekend's airing of their special, "Mrs. & Mr. Smith." In the above clip, Pat and Emmitt have a frank conversation about their roles in the marriage and what each of them needs from the other in the relationship. For Emmitt, it's dinner between 6 and 7 p.m.; for Pat, it's appreciation and more co-parenting. Watch the two lay it all out there in the above video.

"Mrs. & Mr. Smith" airs Saturday at 10 p.m. ET on OWN.
